We enjoyed this amazing location for a special family gathering, and from beginning to end, our stay exceeded expectations. Chris was very responsive and helpful before and during the check-in process and available if needed during our stay. We enjoyed the many games in the basement, the fireplace, and covered deck with firepit and pretty lighting. It was a short walk to the main street with shops and a convenient drive to other neighborhoods and downtown for sightseeing, walking / hiking and delicious meals. We hope to come again soon!

This is an amazing place to stay in the North Cascades. Plenty of local hikes and restaurants in the area and only an hour drive to the pass for more adventures. Chris is a great at what he does and was an amazing host. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described, comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Even with the rain and windstorms during our visit, it felt warm and inviting inside. I can only imagine how beautiful the water views would be on a clear day! We visited during the off-season, but the peak fall foliage made it absolutely stunning. We enjoyed streaming movies on the smart TV during the evenings. Plenty of room to spread out and do different things during the day. A perfect spot for a peaceful retreat, Iād love to come back when the sun is shining!

very cozy studio with all required amenities in place. the bathroom smells š AMAZING all the time. very thoughtful puzzles and games for those rainy days. comfortable seating choices even tho space was limited. well thought of lighting options. very safe neighborhood and easy check in process. will return and highly recommend!

Needed a place in the neighborhood for a night, and this was the perfect 'lil spot! Easy directions and parking options nearby. The unit had all I needed and was easy to settle into. Great option to explore Beacon Hill and the surrounding areas!

The rental worked out great for myself and several friends as we completed our PNW trip. The living room was perfectly sized for our group, and the bedrooms provided ample storage and very comfortable beds/linens. The rooftop terrace is incredible and offers picturesque views of the Seattle skyline. The location was also great! I would definitely recommend this rental to any friends/family visiting Seattle.

The house was perfect for us. There were three branches of our family that all shared the space. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, fun activities for us to engage with, and amenities that created comfort for our whole family. Thank you so much!

Myself, my mom & daughters stayed here for our trip to Seattle. Everything was great. Nice kitchen to cook in & very spacious rooms. The hot tub & rooftop area were my favorite part. The pier, aquarium & pike place market were about a 10 minute drive. Walking distance to a several restaurants & coffee shops. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Seattle.
