Public transportation is available just one block west if you prefer that option. —> Parking <— The home is situated on a one lane road that is fairly steep. For convenience you can park parallel to the home for ease. There is also ample free parking at on 4th street and a sidewalk to enter the front door is attached. There is gravel along with paved driveway-both that are on a slight angle. The main floor features the kitchen, first living room, dining area, bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom and bathroom, a second living room, and a game room. All five mattresses are premium hypoallergenic memory foam for maximum comfort. This is in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in your contract. >DOG POLICY < We warmly welcome your furry friends! To ensure a smooth stay, please make sure to register your dogs before check-in. Our policy allows up to two pets per reservation, with a fee of $75 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration. >>AGE REQUIREMENT<< The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property. To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation. >SAME DAY BOOKINGS < We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings. >ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES < Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. Please note that a $100 fee applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. >SHOE-FREE ZONE < As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care! >NO SMOKING POLICY < For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property. >PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD < Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued! >NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS < We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking / Airbnb fees and possible removal of your or your guests from the property.

ENTRY: -A keypad is located on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay. IMPORTANT NOTE: -Public transportation(Street Car) is just one block away. The street car will bring you into the heart of downtown Seattle and to Capital Hill. -We welcome your fur(or four) legged friends! We do charge $75 for the first 2 pets and additional $50 for every pet after. This is to ensure the space is deep cleaned for the next guest stay. -Seattle's modest size means that you might catch the occasional sound of airplanes flying overhead, regardless of your specific location in the city. -Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please be aware that a 4 pm check-in may not be guaranteed due to our cleaning team's schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, the check-in time could be delayed until 6:30 pm. We recommend reaching out to us post-booking to confirm your specific check-in time.
