To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement before the check-in date and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation. >ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES < Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. Please note that a $100 fee applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. >SHOE-FREE ZONE < As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care! >NO SMOKING POLICY < For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property. >PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD < Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued! >NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS < We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking / Airbnb fees and possible removal of your or your guests from the property.

ENTRY: -A keypad is located on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay. -An EV charger is available on-site at no additional cost for guest use. -Any deliveries should not be sent to this address as there is no secure location they are delivered. Please deliver to a local Amazon locker if needed. -Guests are able to stream their favorite show and movie under their own account with the ROKU TV Remote. It will automatically remove your account info when you check out. -Seattle's modest size means that you might catch the occasional sound of airplanes flying overhead, regardless of your specific location in the city. -Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please be aware that a 4 pm check-in may not be guaranteed due to our cleaning team's schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, the check-in time could be delayed until 6:30 pm. We recommend reaching out to us post-booking to confirm your specific check-in time. -Security Camera For everyone’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces only the street and records video and audio when motion is detected. All indoor areas are completely private with no cameras.
