To ensure a smooth stay, please make sure to register your dogs before check-in. Our policy allows up to two pets per reservation, with a fee of $75 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration. >>AGE REQUIREMENT<< The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property. To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement before the check-in date and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation. >SAME DAY BOOKINGS < We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings. >ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES < Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. Please note that a $100 fee applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. >SHOE-FREE ZONE < As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care! >NO SMOKING POLICY < For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property. >PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD < Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued! >NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS < We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking / Airbnb fees and possible removal of your or your guests from the property.

ENTRY: -A keypad is located on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay. - There is no dedicated parking but there is street parking available nearby. - You will need to climb stairs - About 4 steps leading to the entrance of the home. Flight of stairs leading downstairs and upstairs . -Any deliveries should not be sent to this address as there is no secure location they are delivered. Please deliver to a local Amazon locker if needed. -Guests are able to stream their favorite show and movie under their own account with the ROKU TV Remote. It will automatically remove your account info when you check out. -Seattle's modest size means that you might catch the occasional sound of airplanes flying overhead, regardless of your specific location in the city. -Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please be aware that a 4 pm check-in may not be guaranteed due to our cleaning team's schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, the check-in time could be delayed until 6:30 pm. We recommend reaching out to us post-booking to confirm your specific check-in time. -As with any downtown area, you may notice city noise, public transit, busy sidewalks, emergency vehicles, and people experiencing homelessness. Many guests love the convenience and vibrant atmosphere, but we want to help you know what to expect before your stay. -Parking in downtown Seattle is limited, so we recommend using nearby paid parking garages or taking advantage of rideshare services and public transportation for the easiest experience. -Security Camera For everyone’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces only the street and records video and audio when motion is detected. All indoor areas are completely private with no cameras.
