The chef's kitchen flows naturally from the great room, making it easy to cook and gather at the same time, while a lower-level kitchenette gives your group even more room to spread out. An indoor/outdoor fireplace keeps things cozy on cooler evenings, and high-speed WiFi makes the home just as easy to work from as it is to relax in. Bainbridge is an island, so ferry schedules are worth building into your travel plans, but the ride itself is part of the experience. The property is located on a secluded dead‑end street, offering a very private backyard. To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation. >SAME DAY BOOKINGS < We're thrilled to welcome same-day bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings. >ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES < Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Unauthorized late check‑out will incur a $250 charge. >SHOE-FREE ZONE < As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care! >NO SMOKING POLICY < For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property. >PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD < Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued! >No Pets Allowed Strictly NO PETS Allowed. Bringing unauthorized pets may result in a penalty of $500 plus additional cleaning costs. >NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS < We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking / Airbnb fees and possible removal of your or your guests from the property. >WOOD FIREPLACE < The home features a wood fireplace inside, guests must keep both the indoor and outdoor glass doors closed whenever the fire is lit — no exceptions, as this is a fire hazard if left open. Only two logs should be used at a time in the indoor fireplace, as it does not require much wood. In the backyard, there is a wood firepit with Adirondack chairs, and firewood is provided for guest use. To ensure all guests have access, please use only a small amount of firewood at a time. >WATERFRONT USE< Kayaks and crab pots are available for guest use, with a walkway providing easy access to the water for launching kayaks. Low tide is the best time to walk the beach, and tide schedules will be provided to help plan your activities. Guests who wish to crab or fish from the beach must obtain the appropriate licenses before doing so.

-Kayaks & Crab Pots Guests have access to kayaks and crab pots to explore the water right from the property. A valid WA fishing/crabbing license is required to use the crab pots (available through Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife). Please avoid kayaking during low tide, especially when the water is going out, as the current can push the kayak toward the bridge area. Water activities are at your own risk and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note: To access the property, you will need to climb a set of stairs. -Any deliveries should not be sent to this address as there is no secure location they are delivered. Please deliver to a local Amazon locker if needed. -Security Camera For everyone’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces only the street and records video and audio when motion is detected. All indoor areas are completely private with no cameras.
